Doula Service

A “doula” is a wise woman who supports the mother and father during the pregnancy, labor and delivery of their child. Birth is a “natural” act regardless of where you choose to birth. If you feel safe, calm and supported during this time you should be able to achieve the birth of your dreams. A good doula acts as a continuous support member of your “team” along with your doctor or midwife and nurses. Because she is a neutral observer she can assist you in holding to your vision while at the same time being flexible to the changing situations that each unique birth presents.

Doulas have begun to fill a niche that has been growing in the health care world due to the way we have created our current medical system. I believe that every doctor and every nurse cares deeply about the birthing family and is committed to the best outcome possible for all concerned. The truth is that these caregivers have others that they are caring for as well. I feel that because the doula understands the mothers and fathers’ deepest desires as well as the hospitals concerns and policies she is able to help interpret and support the needs of both so that the perfect birth experience can be achieved.

Most importantly she is there to give continuous comfort, support and encouragement to the parents during this exciting and divine process.

Rekki / Massage

Aine is a Rekki Master trained in traditional massage, pregnancy massage and hands on healing. Massage is an essential nuturing gift that greatly benifits the whole family during pre-conception, pregnancy and motherhood. This combined theraphy massage address the mind/body/spirit and greatly enhances deep relaxation that allows for a deeper connection to ones Self and ones child and partner.

These "readings" chart your unique process of karma and soul purpose regaurding parenthood. They give profound insights into your "Soul Contract" that will lead you to deeper clarity and peace with the process and transitions of conception, pregnancy, birth, mother/fatherhood and family. Divine Birth Package

– Preliminary interview with Parents to explore if a Doula is the right way to go for them.Here we will discuss birth options and share concerns and expectations.

– Two follow up meetings with both birth partners to create the birth plan

– I will be available to you on the telephone during your pregnancy to share feelings and support you to find answers to your questions and concerns.

Pregnancy Counselor

A pregnancy counselor specifically deals with the emotional and spiritual issues and challenges that come up around pregnancy, birth and motherhood and career. Pregnancy and impending motherhood are tremendous life changes; in these times most women are facing challenges that were unimagined by their mothers and grandmothers. The counseling can be individual for both women and men or couples. In our sessions we explore the idea of Karma; I define karma as the spiritual roadmap we have come into the world with. We explore our own birth stories and family patterns as well as exploring limiting beliefs or past relationships that we might be holding. Our goal is to remove blocks that prevent us from connecting fully to the source that exists within each one of us so that we may truly live the life we were born to live.

This system of counseling is excellent for:

– Women and men who are currently “pregnant” or new parents. We explore the feelings, emotions and thought forms that arise and the challenges in the relationship dynamic. You will learn to make a graceful shift into this new and deeply profound phase of life.

– Those who are trying to conceive and for women who are exploring the possibilities of becoming a mother and what impact that would have on their lives and life goals. This is such a powerful time to explore these issues in relationship to our selves as women, mothers, partners and creators.

– Women who have had abortions, miscarriages and fertility issues. We create an incredibly safe space to release any negative feelings and see these experiences for the learning and growth opportunities that they are.

– People who feel “called” to usher in divine souls through the practice of “Conscious Conception” and want to consciously use conception and birth as a spiritual growth opportunity.
